NBA Friday Quick Hitters


🔹 Sharp Money Alert: As a surging team, the Timberwolves opened as 7-point favorites against the Pacers. That line has moved all the way to -4. Minnesota has been incredibly hot, and Indiana’s starting five is dealing with numerous injuries. We’ll take the overcorrection and back Minnesota.


🔹 Odds Boost to Grab: Sleeper Picks is currently offering a 100% deposit match up to $1,500, compared to a 50% deposit match from Underdog. If you need a new book, Sleeper is worth a gander.


🔹 Trap Game Warning: The Bulls are getting 70% of the action as 5.5-point favorites against the Jazz. Utah sucks, but we can’t recommend taking Chicago’s spread in good faith, given their shared status as bottom-feeding teams. We’ll fade the public in this one.

Back to the bread and butter. We’ve been hot in this category lately, so why not keep the good times rolling with a clean sweep here?

1) Desmond Bane Over 2.5 3-Pointers Made (-120)

If you think you’re picking up on a pattern here, you are. The Kings are awful at contesting the three-point line, so picks like this have been absolute money for us. We’ll trust Bane to knock in three threes against Sacramento and reward our continued faith.

2) Nikola Jokic Over 29.5 Points (-102)

This is a MASSIVE line, but it’s still worth it. The Nuggets are increasingly reliant on Jokic, and Jokic alone for offensive production, and in a tough matchup against one of the hottest teams in the NBA, they’ll need him more than ever. Jokic should play upwards of 40 minutes and see nearly endless opportunities to score, so we’re fairly confident here.

3) Stephon Castle Under 19.5 Points (-114)

Castle has been hot lately, but this is an unappealing matchup. The Lakers have been ferocious defensively as of late, and they’ve always been pretty solid against opposing shooting guards. It doesn’t help that this one could get out of hand early, slicing into Castle’s minutes and production. The under is the easy pick here.
