Selection Sunday is nearly upon us, coming in on March 17.

March Madness for the men's tournament officially kicks off with the First Four games on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 19 and 20 in Dayton, Ohio. 

Things really ramp up with the first round on Thursday and Friday, March 21 and March 22. The second round is Saturday and Sunday, March 23 and March 24. 

After the first weekend of games, the action moves into the Sweet 16 on March 28 and March 29, followed by the Elite Eight on March 30 and March 31.

To help you make a pick without the bracket out, Connecticut, Purdue and Houston are locked in at #1.

Tennessee, North Carolina, and Arizona are fighting for the last No. 1 seed spot.

With Tennessee losing, it looks like North Carolina will take the final #1 spot.

The real action will start next week, but here’s a little parlay to keep you satisfied. Even if we all know, you can’t get no satisfaction.

Here are some bets to keep you satisfied leading up to the Big One.

1. Princeton vs. Brown: Princeton is favored to win with odds of -525, indicating strong confidence in their victory. However, betting on favorites in parlays doesn't always offer the best value due to the reduced odds. Instead, the Over/Under on points might be a more interesting bet. Given the +10.0 line for Brown and the fact that they are considerable underdogs, a high-scoring game could be expected if Brown manages to keep it close.

2. UMass Lowell vs. Vermont: This game is more evenly matched, but Vermont being a 7-point favorite at -110 odds suggests they are expected to control the game. The Over/Under here is set at 133.5, which is relatively low, possibly indicating a defensive game. However, considering the stakes of the games around this time of year, teams tend to perform unexpectedly. With a tighter spread, Vermont's consistency could play a major role.

3. Saint Joseph's vs. Virginia Commonwealth (VCU): VCU is a slight favorite with a -2.5 point spread at -110 odds.
